In 1998, a traditional Japanese sock factory, established in 1956, began designing silver-plated fiber socks. Over the past 26 years, they have been developing this technology and producing the socks in a factory in China.
The socks extensively use silver-plated threads across the entire top and bottom of the foot. The silver's benefits are expected to last until the threads wear out.
